About Canyon RV Park
Tucked within the Santa Ana Canyon and surrounded by the Featherly Wilderness Preserve, Canyon RV Park offers a serene yet accessible camping experience with its blend of natural greenery, recreational amenities, and proximity to Anaheim's famed attractions. Situated on 63 acres, the park stands out for its expansive open spaces dotted with mature cottonwood trees, direct access to the Santa Ana River Bike Trail, and onsite features like a swimming pool, pickleball court, and amphitheater events.
Canyon RV Park's 140 RV sites, all equipped with full hookups (50-amp electricity, water, and sewer), cater to a variety of campers with added conveniences like picnic tables and fire rings for evenings under the stars. For those without RVs, ten rustic log cabins provide a cozy alternative, equipped with air conditioning, mini-fridges, and fire rings. Additional amenities include five bathhouses with hot showers, a playground, a convenience store for supplies, and access to propane and firewood. Despite being bordered by the 91 Freeway, the setting retains a peaceful ambiance, complemented by its proximity to Disneyland and the vibrant downtown Anaheim area, just a 20-minute drive away.
This campground is a versatile choice for family getaways, weekend retreats, or even longer stays, offering both recreational activities onsite and easy access to Orange County’s famed attractions such as Disneyland, the Anaheim Convention Center, and Huntington Beach via the bike trail. Whether you’re seeking a tranquil escape in nature or a convenient base for exploring Southern California, Canyon RV Park delivers a well-rounded camping experience.
