You acknowledge and agree that:

Content on our Services may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
We do not independently verify the accuracy of third-party content, user submissions, or information from external sources

Campground and Business Information

The information, ratings, descriptions, reviews, and other content provided through our Services are aggregated from publicly available sources, user submissions, and artificial intelligence-generated analysis. Extra Campy does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this content.

If you own or operate a campground or business listed on our Services and believe any information is incorrect, outdated, or misleading, please contact us at rangers@extracampy.com with specific details. While we consider all such requests carefully, decisions regarding content corrections or removal remain at our sole discretion.

Extra Campy shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, reputational harm, or economic losses claimed by campground or business owners or operators resulting from content available on our Services.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Promptly update your account information if it changes
Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breach related to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or conduct that we believe may harm our Services, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, you will lose access to our Services, and we may delete your account data. We are not required to disclose the reason for the suspension or termination of your account.

You agree not to create an account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself. You agree that you shall not have more than one account at any given time.

You must exercise proper judgment, preparation, and caution when traveling to, accessing, and engaging in activities at any location
Information about campgrounds, trails, outdoor locations, access routes, or facilities may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
You assume all risks associated with using information from our Services for planning or engaging in travel, transportation, and outdoor activities
Extra Campy is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of relying on information provided through our Services
Road closures, construction, seasonal changes, and unexpected conditions may affect your ability to access or use locations described in our Services

We strongly recommend consulting directly with campground operators (including private RV parks, privately-owned campgrounds, and commercial camping facilities), official park services, transportation authorities, ranger stations, and other authoritative sources before embarking on any trip or outdoor adventure. Conditions, availability, pricing, and policies at any camping location may change without notice.

We strongly recommend that you obtain appropriate travel, health, and/or activity insurance before engaging in any camping, travel, or outdoor activities based on information from our Services. Such insurance can help protect you against unforeseen events, medical emergencies, property damage, trip cancellations, and other risks associated with outdoor recreation and travel.

Trip Planning and Navigation Disclaimer

Our Services may be used for general trip planning and informational purposes. When you use our Services for planning camping trips, routes, or outdoor adventures, you acknowledge and agree that:

Upon termination or deletion of your account, certain User Content may continue to be publicly visible or accessible on our Services, as specified in our Privacy Policy. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Extra Campy Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Services
Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
Any content obtained from our Services
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Any action or decision you make based on information provided by our Services
Any injuries, damages, accidents, or losses suffered while engaging in outdoor activities following your use of our Services
Any unforeseen circumstances or events encountered at campgrounds or outdoor locations

In no event will our total liability to you for all claims relating to our Services exceed the lesser of: (1) the amount paid by you to Extra Campy Inc. (if any) for access to or use of our Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim; or (2) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

The foregoing limitations will apply even if the above stated remedy fails of its essential purpose.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
