The campground hosts 20 sites, including a group site accommodating up to 50 people, with paved parking spurs suitable for RVs or tents. Visitors can enjoy activities such as rafting, kayaking, and swimming, with the river's class I-III rapids adding an adventurous touch downstream. Anglers will appreciate the chance to catch-and-release cutthroat trout, while hikers can explore nearby Downey Creek and Valiton’s Creek for secluded trails and scenic views.

Located approximately 35 miles northeast of Wallace, Idaho, Devil’s Elbow is nestled in the Coeur d'Alene Mountains, offering easy access to outdoor attractions like Fern and Shadow Falls within just a few miles.
