A hand-pump provides potable water for basic needs. The surrounding forest, punctuated by ancient rock outcrops and towering trees, creates an immersive backdrop for hiking trails where birds like bald eagles often make appearances. With direct access to the Rainy River, campers can enjoy fishing for species such as walleye and northern pike or simply relax by the water at one of the scenic picnic spots.
