French Creek Campground

The area’s recreation options stand out, with activities such as kayaking, canoeing, windsurfing, and angling for trout, bass, and perch on Lake Cascade. Nature enthusiasts will also appreciate the flourishing thimbleberry and huckleberry plants, as well as frequent sightings of bald eagles and pelicans.

Located about five miles off West Mountain Road, French Creek Campground is only a short drive from the town of Cascade. The nearby Crown Point Trail provides a family-friendly hiking experience with rewarding lake views, while the region is a haven for birdwatching and outdoor activities.
