Renovated in 2011, the campground features 21 thoughtfully designed sites catering to tents, trailers, and RVs up to 45 feet. Campsites are equipped with essentials like picnic tables, bear-proof storage lockers, fire rings with grills, and tent pads. Amenities include vault toilets, potable water, firewood for purchase, and trash disposal, ensuring a comfortable yet rustic camping experience. Highlighting its natural allure, the West Fork Carson River is celebrated for its rainbow and cutthroat trout fishing, while surrounding trails provide ample opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, and wildlife spotting.
