Unique features include the Fuchs House, a restored stone and concrete home available for seasonal rentals, and a picturesque spring pond fed by six springs producing five million gallons of water daily, adding to the area’s distinct natural beauty. Recreational options abound, from fishing for bass and walleye in the Black River to canoeing, kayaking, and hiking on the Markham Springs Trail System, which offers serene views and wildlife encounters.
