This small, first-come, first-served campground features 14 well-equipped campsites with picnic tables, fire rings, tent pads, and bear-proof food lockers. Vault toilets and potable water are available, while shaded sites nestled under oak trees provide comfort even during warm weather. Some campsites offer scenic lake or river views when water levels are high, and informal shoreline access allows campers to fully enjoy Lake Shasta’s recreational offerings.
Located approximately 17 miles from Interstate 5 via Gilman Road, McCloud Bridge Campground combines a feeling of remoteness with easy accessibility.
