It features a mix of pull-through, back-in, and walk-in sites that accommodate tents, RVs, and trailers. However, campers should note there is no water or hookups available.

Located just 15 miles southeast of Steamboat Springs, Meadows Campground is perfectly positioned for day trips to the town’s hot springs, breweries, or seasonal activities, while offering direct access to hiking, biking, fishing, and wildlife viewing in the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest. Though the campground lies near Highway 40, forested surroundings help maintain a peaceful atmosphere ideal for unwinding or stargazing after a day of exploration.
