Perched along the stunning shores of Lake Michigan near Montague, Michigan, Meinert Park Campground blends serene dune landscapes with convenient modern amenities. This campground offers 67 full-hookup sites set against a backdrop of forested sand dunes and open, grassy areas, providing campers a mix of shade and sun. Its proximity to Lake Michigan is a defining feature, with a scenic 2,000-foot stretch of sandy beach just a short walk away, along with overlook decks offering breathtaking views of the water and surrounding countryside.

All sites include water, electric (20, 30, and limited 50-amp) and sewer connections, and guests have access to modern restrooms, showers, and a dumping station. Firewood and ice are available for purchase on-site, and ranger services ensure a safe and orderly camping experience. A highlight for nature lovers is hiking the challenging trail up the parabolic dune for a panoramic view of the lake and surrounding wetlands, which also serve as a haven for local wildlife.
