The campground features 16 single-family sites, 3 group sites (accommodating up to 50 people each), and amenities such as picnic shelters, paved parking spurs, vault toilets, drinking water, campfire rings, and grills. Visitors can embark on a paved nature trail offering river views, or enjoy on-site activities like volleyball, horseshoes, and using the playground. With direct access to the river, popular activities include fishing, tubing, and swimming. Wildlife sightings of deer and moose add to the natural charm of the area.
Located just 7.5 miles east of Huntsville, Utah, at an elevation of 5,200 feet, Perception Park offers easy access to Pineview Reservoir for boating and swimming, and Causey Reservoir for canoeing, hiking, and fishing. The scenic Highway 39 leads to Monte Cristo Summit, offering breathtaking mountain views and additional hiking and off-road trails.
