About Pigeon Flat Campground
Pigeon Flat Campground stands out for its tranquil riverside setting along the Stanislaus River, offering a secluded and basic camping experience in the high country of Stanislaus National Forest. This walk-in-only campground features seven primitive sites equipped with picnic tables and fire rings, ensuring a rustic getaway free from vehicle traffic and modern distractions. Surrounded by towering trees, it invites campers seeking solitude, nature immersion, and activities like fishing or short hikes.
