Campground Overview
About Reiff Park Campground
What if your next camping trip offered not just a place to pitch your tent, but also access to serene natural beauty, ample outdoor recreation, and a sense of peaceful seclusion? Reiff Park Campground, located just 1.5 miles south of Early, Iowa, along Highway 71, blends rustic simplicity with convenience, making it a perfect destination for both tent campers and RV enthusiasts alike.
This 120-acre park features seven shaded campsites equipped with 30-amp electric and water hookups, alongside nearby restrooms, a dump station, and options for primitive camping. The campground is complemented by a playground for younger visitors and a small pond ideal for casual fishing, with the larger Boyer River splitting the park into developed and natural areas. Two-thirds of the park remains largely wild, offering hunting opportunities during specific seasons and showcasing native grasslands, a sprawling evergreen plantation, and hardwood plantings.
Reiff Park is close to local attractions and authentic rural Iowan charm with Early just minutes away. Campers can enjoy on-site activities like fishing in the river and pond or exploring the wildlife-rich areas. Whether you're planning a quiet weekend escape or a brief stopover on a longer road trip, Reiff Park provides an excellent balance of nature, recreation, and convenience.
