About Reyes Creek Campground

Reyes Creek Campground, hidden in a shaded canyon of the Los Padres National Forest, is a serene escape featuring year-round creekside sites, dramatic oak and cottonwood trees, and rewarding hiking trails. With 26 campsites, including some directly along the creek, it offers a tranquil environment ideal for campers seeking fishing, wildlife viewing, or simply a quiet retreat surrounded by natural beauty.

Located about 30 minutes from Frazier Park, the campground serves as a trailhead to the Gene Marshall-Piedra Blanca National Recreation Trail, linking visitors to the Sespe Wilderness. Campsites are equipped with picnic tables, fire rings, and grills, while vault toilets and trash collection are available. However, potable water is not provided, so visitors should bring their own supplies.

This campground is perfect for rustic camping experiences, offering opportunities for hiking, fishing in the trout-stocked stream, birdwatching, and stargazing. RVs over 22 feet are not recommended due to narrow roads, preserving the area's intimate and natural charm.
