Spencer Spit State Park

Facilities include drinking water, fire pits, flush and pit toilets, and recycling services, though there are no showers or RV hookups. The park’s two miles of trails provide easy access to the lagoon and sandy spit, ideal for birdwatching and taking in panoramic views of Lopez Sound. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, crabbing, and clamming—perfect for embracing the rugged charm of the San Juan Islands.
