About West South Twin Campground

Perched between the shimmering waters of South Twin Lake and the expansive Wickiup Reservoir, West South Twin Campground is a serene gateway to the natural splendor of Central Oregon. The campground delights visitors with its lakeside setting, fishing opportunities, and unrivaled access to outdoor recreation along the Cascade Lakes National Scenic Byway.

This cozy campground offers 24 campsites suitable for tents, trailers, and RVs, each equipped with a picnic table and campfire ring. On-site amenities include potable water, flush toilets, and a boat launch providing access to Wickiup Reservoir. The area is particularly loved by anglers, with the reservoir’s warm and cool waters harboring a variety of fish, including trophy-sized brown trout, kokanee, coho salmon, and rainbow trout. Non-fishing activities include swimming, hiking, and canoeing, making it perfect for both active vacations and tranquil getaways.
