China Meadows Campground

At 10,000 feet elevation, China Meadows Campground offers a high-altitude escape with pristine alpine scenery, excellent trout fishing, and access to the rugged High Uintas Wilderness. This small, primitive campground provides an intimate backcountry experience with just 9 well-spaced sites nestled among spruce and fir trees. Located in the northern Uinta Mountains of Utah, about 45 miles south of Evanston, Wyoming, China Meadows serves as an ideal basecamp for exploring the remote eastern Uintas.
