Lea Lake Campground

Lea Lake Campground in New Mexico’s Bottomless Lakes State Park defies expectations with its striking blue-green waters framed by dramatic limestone bluffs and a sandy beach perfect for relaxation or recreation. The campground features 32 spacious sites with options for full hookups or water and electric connections, accommodating RVs up to 50 feet in length. Campers can enjoy direct proximity to Lea Lake, the only swim-friendly lake in the park, complete with a sandy beach, roped-off swimming area, and seasonal lifeguards. The surrounding area offers over 4.5 miles of hiking and biking trails, fishing opportunities (seasonally stocked with trout), bird-watching from designated blinds, and even scuba diving in Lea Lake, which boasts depths of up to 90 feet and crystal-clear visibility.
