About Little Mill Campground
How does a campground redefine your expectations of convenience and natural immersion? Little Mill Campground, perched along the tumbling waters of the American Fork Creek, combines serene woodland charm with proximity to remarkable outdoor adventures that make it a top contender for both relaxation and recreation seekers.
This small but well-featured campground is set amidst dense groves of aspen, oak, and maple trees, offering excellent shade and vibrant autumn colors. Its 26 campsites cater to a variety of preferences, with options for tents, RVs (without hookups), and walk-in tent sites for a secluded experience. Two seasonal yurts add a glamping touch for visitors craving a bit more comfort. Amenities include fire rings, picnic tables, and vault toilets, but drinking water is not available, making it necessary for campers to bring their own supplies.
Located off the scenic Alpine Loop Byway and just minutes from the Timpanogos Cave National Monument, Little Mill is a gateway to incredible outdoor activities. Within a 30-minute radius, visitors can hike forested trails to Tibble Fork and Silver Flat Reservoirs for kayaking or trout fishing, or explore the dramatic limestone caves of Mount Timpanogos. The campground’s positioning near these natural highlights makes it ideal for weekend getaways, family camping trips, or even a shorter vacation to reconnect with nature.
