Situated at 8,300 feet elevation, the campground offers a cool retreat with paved roads winding through a lush forest of Ponderosa and white pines, providing both natural beauty and partial shade. Its proximity to hiking trails, such as the Bristlecone Trail and Sawmill Trail, makes it a magnet for outdoor enthusiasts.

This campground features 75 well-maintained campsites, accommodating tents, trailers, and RVs up to 64 feet. Each site comes equipped with a picnic table, fire ring, and grill, while amenities include flush toilets, drinking water, trash collection, and food storage lockers to prevent wildlife encounters.
