For equestrian campers, eight pull-through sites are designed with hitching posts and direct access to over 40 miles of horse trails in the adjacent Pennyrile State Forest. Additionally, visitors can enjoy activities such as pedal boating, kayaking, and fishing on Pennyrile Lake, as well as swimming at the sandy beach available in the summer months.
