The Pines Campground in Cloudcroft, part of Lincoln National Forest, offers just that—with shaded campsites set amidst towering Douglas and white firs, providing a cool alpine escape perfect for tent campers and RVs under 35 feet.

This first-come, first-served campground features 24 well-maintained sites, including single, double, and group options. Each site is equipped with picnic tables, fire rings, and gravel parking spurs, while central amenities include vault toilets, potable water, gray water sumps, and a garbage depository.
