About Scenic Beach State Park
The tranquil charm of Scenic Beach State Park Campground lies in its picturesque location along the Hood Canal, where breathtaking views of the Olympic Mountains, dense rhododendron-filled woodlands, and a tranquil rocky beach converge in a unique, intimate retreat. This 121-acre camping park is ideal for those seeking a mix of natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and comfortable amenities.
The campground features 50 standard campsites, including spaces for tents, RVs, trailers up to 60 feet, and two hiker/biker spots. Restrooms with flush toilets, hot showers, picnic tables, fire rings, and a dump station are available, although there are no utility hookups. Families and groups will appreciate the nearby playgrounds, recreational areas, and a group campsite set amid a serene wooded area. The beach, just a short walk away, provides a perfect spot for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and beachcombing, while trails weave through lush gardens and forested areas, offering scenic paths for hiking or quiet exploration.
Located in Seabeck, Washington, it’s a short distance from charming local attractions and a boat launch just half a mile away at Misery Point.
