Timber Creek Campground

Perched at 8,900 feet in the Kawuneeche Valley along the serene Colorado River, Timber Creek Campground offers unparalleled access to the less-traveled western side of Rocky Mountain National Park. While shade is sparse due to recent regrowth of young pines, the flat terrain provides ease of setup, and the proximity to the Colorado River offers leisurely strolls and wildlife viewing.
