Island Lake Campground

The Island Lake Campground, located at an elevation of 10,000 feet on Colorado’s Grand Mesa, offers a tranquil escape framed by dense spruce groves and panoramic views of the Grand Valley. Wildlife is abundant, with deer and elk frequenting the area, and Grand Mesa’s over 300 lakes and numerous trails ensure ample recreation opportunities. Within a 30-minute drive, visitors can explore additional lakes, trails, and scenic overlooks across the vast Mesa.
