The campground features 65 sites catering to tents, trailers, and RVs up to 35 feet, equipped with picnic tables, fire rings, grills, vault toilets, and trash facilities. A boat ramp at the nearby Rob Roy Day Use Area enhances access to the reservoir, popular for boating, kayaking, water-skiing, and fishing. Wildlife enthusiasts and hikers will appreciate the area’s abundant trails and opportunities for nature exploration. Though potable water is seasonally available, campers are encouraged to bring their own supplies.
Located about 40 miles from Laramie, Wyoming, this first-come, first-served campground offers a perfect base for day trips to attractions like Douglas Creek for gold panning and other Snowy Range highlights.
